1. Data Controller In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), your personal data may be processed by Pureco Vision Consulting Ltd. ( " Company ") as the data controller within the scope described below.
2. Purpose for Which Personal Data Will Be Processed Your collected personal data (Name, Surname, Email, Phone, Request Content, etc.);
- To enable you to benefit from the sustainability, carbon footprint analysis, and consulting services offered by our company, the necessary work will be carried out by our business units.
- Evaluating and responding to requests, suggestions, and complaints you send us via contact forms,
- Ensuring the legal, technical, and commercial-business security of our company and the relevant persons who have a business relationship with our company,
- Personal data will be processed in accordance with the conditions and purposes of personal data processing specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK, within the scope of fulfilling legal obligations.

To Whom and for What Purpose Processed Personal Data May Be Transferred Your personal data collected may be transferred to legally authorized public institutions (Ministries, Courts, etc.) and authorized private legal entities from whom we receive services (Accountants, Legal Advisors, IT infrastructure providers) for the fulfillment of our legal obligations, in accordance with the purposes specified above. Your data will not be shared with third-party marketing companies without your explicit consent.
